Benefits
Mailing list contacts receive a printed invitation for each concert, each admitting two people on a first-come, first-served basis. Invitations are usually sent out at least 2 weeks before the event. Details about upcoming concerts are provided and updated in our CONCERT section as they become available.
Application
The APPLICATION FORM is available for download here on our website and at our concerts. The collection of forms and fees is administered by DUCTAC (Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre, Mall of the Emirates) during opening hours and on concert evenings. The annual handling fee amounts to AED 300,- and serves to cover expenses for maintaining the register, the printing of invitations and associated mailing costs.
Please note that since we need to reserve seats for our sponsors, we have only a very limited capacity available. Your application will therefore be handled on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum capacity is reached.
Once the maximum capacity has been reached, we will make an announcement on our website. In this case it will be our pleasure to add your application to our waiting list, again on a first-come, first served basis and to notify you as soon as we are able to confirm your application.
Renewal of Mailing List Registrationl
At the end of the summer, we will update our records for the forthcoming season. At that time, members will have the opportunity to reconfirm their registration and personal details.
General Information
As we strive to accommodate as many music lovers as we can, we also want to ensure that the concerts continue to provide an enjoyable and safe evening for all, so we would ask you to bear in mind the following:
- Please limit your invitation to two people.
- Bring your invitation with you.
- Please mind the following Seat Allocation Guideline:
Doors open at 7.30 pm. Until 7.50 pm admission is only granted to invitation holders and on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats in front rows are reserved for sponsors and their guests. After 7.50 pm , any remaining seats will be available to all comers, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Arrive early to find a seat.
- Do not reserve seats for others.
- Mobile phones must be switched off at all times in the auditorium.
- Dress code is lounge suit or national dress.
- Doors close at 8:00 pm - ushers have been instructed to not admit latecomers until there is a break between pieces.
- If ushers advise the auditorium is full, please understand there are no more seats available - we must adhere to safety regulations to ensure we have a safe environment
